"Years of being with this office. Home owners insurance, multiple vehicle insurance, boat insurance multiple life insurances policies they decide to drop our vehicles due to a risk assessment. Which, as being inconvenienced in having the final insurance as a business owner? I understand that you have to do A. Risk evaluation at the end of the day.You're in business to make money. Fine. However, what started this was? I accidentally clipped the gate in front of my son's school. The tow truck driver that State Farm insisted that I used rift, my console open and broke it, trying to find my key. That I put in the gas tank and sent a picture of where that key was State Farm said. Too bad so sad. Then we get the notices that they're dropping the vehicles. Fine, but the treatment after that, we still have multiple policies with them, not just on vehicles, they won't send information that we need advising go to your app rude. Joe doufek must be invisible or made up because he doesn't return phone calls.And is very full of himself. As a business owner and having an understanding on how to treat your customers even when there's a disagreement. And when at the end ray, maybe it would be better off for a different company, to take care of my customer, they are still a human and a customer, and I'm still A business hunter Both parties deserve respect and kindness, which this office does not uphold. I'm disgusted with how I was treated. Also disappointed with myself, I ended up remarring. I was always with American Family Insurance. And never was treated this way. My husband was always with State Farm. He won that battle. We won't a State Farm. Guess what? Now we're moving back to American Family Insurance. They may be a little bit more on some things. They were definitely cheaper on my car. Insurance even with my at fault incidents, but at the end of the day with american family insurance, I know that i'm going to be treated with kindness and respect, and I have an agent that genuinely cares about me. Not how much money she's making off of me."

"I like Joe and his office. I have three policies with them. His office and staff are always prompt and professional. The pricing he was able to give me on policies beat out other insurance companies considerably. Most of the time, I deal with his staff. The 3-4 times I have dealt with Joe, himself, I found him to be awesome to work with. I am not sure if the one star review I read is real. I find it hard to believe that Joe would be anything but pleasant based upon my dealings with him."

"Absolutely the best, I have been with this office for over 20 years. The best service, the best staff, and this agent has always gone above and beyond to take care of all of our insurance needs. And past that, he is a great guy. Have referred him to over 30 people and they are all still with him. WOULD NOT go anywhere else...."
